Delivery

We will ship the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order. You can check the right to amend the indicated time frame, shall any circumstances arise that delay the delivery time from the carrier.We shall let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

On delivery of the Product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You need to keep receipt of the delivered Product in case of future discussions with us about it.

All risk in the Product shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under a Contract, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the Product. You must take care when opening the Product so as not to damage it, particularly when using sharp and air transport instruments.

You shall ensure that you are ready for safe receipt of the Product without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by us. If you are not available to take delivery or collection, carrier will re-delivery to you. If you have not collect it, you are lost the right to receive the Product, then we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:

- charge you for our reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us;

- no longer make the Product available for delivery or collection, in which case we will not refund to you as applicable any money already paid to us under the applicable Contract, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the Product, and any storage fees).

Exchange, Returns or Refund

We promise to exchange or refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in original packaging by post within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Kindly please note that we can only refund the price of the frame. This excludes delivery charge and insurance costs. For the free shipping area (Asia, North and South America), the original shipping cost USD $8 is excluded and cannot be refunded.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
    Please allow 7 working days from the day the parcel is received for your refund to be processed.
    We will email you to let you know once the parcel has been received and your refund is complete.
    It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the items reach us in their original conditions and to cover return postage and insurance costs. 
    Any items damaged whilst in the possession of the customer will not be accepted and as a result no refund nor alternative item will be offered.
    As mentioned all responsibility for the item passes to the customer once the item has been received.

The following information should be included with your return:
    Your invoice ID.
    Contact Address.
    Frame case and any extra accessories.
    In all cases, the returned items must be in their original conditions. No return will be offered once the tag on your item is being removed. Please return to us in suitable protective packaging to avoid item being damaged during return process. Once we receive your returned parcel, we will check and process the goods to ensure you receive your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
    When you do return any glasses we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a recorded delivery service via a courier company, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post.
